We are dedicated to empowering women and girls by bridging the gender gap in the technology industry. Our mission is to equip women with essential tech skills, foster entrepreneurship, and create a supportive ecosystem that enables them to build successful careers and businesses. Additionally, we are committed to guiding secondary school students in finding their purpose and career paths in the tech industry, as well as supporting university students in breaking into tech and discovering their niche.

Education and Skill Development

We offer high-quality training, workshops, and mentorship programs that equip our beneficiaries with the technical skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the tech industry. Our courses cover a wide array of tech-related subjects, from cloud to cybersecurity.

Entrepreneurship Support

For aspiring women entrepreneurs, we provide specialized guidance to help them launch and scale their tech-related businesses. This includes business development support, access to funding opportunities, and networking events to connect them with potential investors and partners.

Advocacy for Gender Equality

Our NGO actively advocates for gender equality in the tech field, working with industry leaders, policymakers, and other stakeholders to promote fair hiring practices, equal pay, and increased representation of women at all levels of the tech industry.

TECHLEAP

A six-month cohort-based tech training program for young women outside the university to empower them with the needed tech skills and certifications.

SCRIBE N’ INSPIRE

Our engaging sessions cater to students from K–12 and high (secondary) schools, where we have interactive coding sessions and challenges.
